Staffing Policy

We adhere to OFSTED (Office for Standards in Education) regulations in adhering to the following ratios :      1 adult to 4 children (2-3 years of age)

1 adult to 8 children (3-5 years of age)

The maximum  number of child placements per session is 24. Your child will be given a key person before their start date to ensure that early relationships are formed, and your child feels safe and secure from the day they join us. If your child subsequently develops a stronger bond with another member of a staff, then we will try to change their key person in response to this. 

Vacancies
