World Book Day is on Thursday 5th March this year and we would like to invite the children to wear their favourite costumes. They could dress as a character from a book/programme but any character is welcome from princesses to pirates to superheroes. They could even just wear their favourite pyjamas if they wanted too. There is no need to make a donation for this event. We do ask, if possible, if they could bring in one of their favourite books so they may share it with the class. Please just make sure that their name is written on it somewhere to ensure they take the right book back home with them. If your child doesn't normally attend on a Thursday they are more than welcome to dress up on a day they do attend that week.
